How it works
Three steps from a folder of raw exports to files and spreadsheets an agency will accept.
Step 1
Upload into folders
Drop in JPEG, PNG, WebP, TIFF or HEIC files. Each photo is resized in your browser before analysis, so the full-resolution file never has to be analysed, and any title, caption or keywords already inside the file are read and used as context.
Step 2
Generate, then review
The AI writes a title, a description and a keyword list per photo, following your folder's settings: keyword count, title style, preset and excluded keywords, custom instructions. Fix what needs fixing in the table.
Step 3
Export where you sell
Download a CSV shaped for each agency, or download the original files with the metadata written into them as IPTC/XMP. The writing happens in your browser, so your files are never rewritten on a server.
Built for the review, not just the generation
Generated metadata is a draft. Keyworder is arranged around the part that actually takes your time: checking it, fixing it and moving on to the next photo.
| Title | Keywords | Status | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Woman reading on a sunlit balcony above a quiet harbour | 14 | Ready | ||
| Fishing boats moored in a calm harbour at golden hour | 12 | Ready | ||
| Pastel houses stacked along a Mediterranean hillside | 16 | Editing | ||
| Waiting for generation | – | Queued |

Bulk keyword edits
Select any set of photos and add or remove a keyword across all of them in one step. Useful for a location, a model name or a term an agency keeps rejecting.
Per-folder instructions
Each folder carries its own settings, so a wedding shoot and a product batch can be keyworded differently without changing anything between them.
Existing metadata is context
If a file already has a title, caption or keywords, they are read and used to inform the new ones rather than thrown away.

Your files stay yours
Stock photographers are asked to trust a lot of services with a lot of originals. Here is exactly what happens to yours.
Deleted after 30 days
Photos are removed automatically 30 days after upload. Delete a photo or a folder sooner whenever you want.
Metadata is written in your browser
When you download files with IPTC/XMP embedded, the writing happens locally. Your originals are never rewritten on a server.
Never used for training
Your photos are analysed to write your metadata and for nothing else. They are not used to train models, ours or anyone’s.
Resized before analysis
Each upload is resized in the browser first, so the full-resolution file never has to be analysed and uploads stay quick on slow connections.

Questions
Anything else? Email hello@keyworder.ai.
Which file formats can I upload?
JPEG, PNG, WebP, TIFF and HEIC. Metadata can be written into JPEG, TIFF, PNG and WebP files. For HEIC files, use the CSV exports.
How long are my photos kept?
Thirty days, then they are deleted automatically. You can delete a photo or a whole folder sooner whenever you like. Photos are never used to train models.
Does it work with video?
No. Keyworder is for photos only.
Can I edit the results before exporting?
Yes. Every title, description and keyword list is editable in the review table, inline, with keyboard shortcuts for moving between photos. You can also add or remove a keyword across many photos at once.
Which agencies are supported?
There are CSV exports for Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Getty Images and iStock, Dreamstime, Pond5, Freepik and Alamy. You can also download the original files with the metadata written into them as IPTC/XMP, which works with any agency that reads embedded metadata.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits do not roll over; they reset at the start of each billing period. The five free credits every new account gets stay until you use them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account. Your subscription simply stops renewing.
Is there an API?
Not yet. Keyworder runs on the MetaPhotoAI engine, which also powers a desktop app used by stock contributors. If you need an API, email hello@keyworder.ai and tell us what you would build.
