What is a credit?
One credit generates the title, description and keywords for one photo. Editing and exporting do not use credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits do not roll over; they reset at the start of each billing period. The five free credits every new account gets stay until you use them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account. Your subscription simply stops renewing.
Do you offer refunds?
Credits that have been used are not refunded. If something went wrong with a batch, email hello@keyworder.ai and we will sort it out.
